## What it does
- Developers install a free VS Code extension that shows one sponsored ad during Claude Code's "Thinking..." state
- Developers earn 65% of ad revenue, paid directly to their UPI account
- Advertisers bid on two placements: Spotlight (₹800/1,000 impressions, VS Code spinner) and Stream (₹300/1,000 impressions, terminal status line)
- Both auctions run independently with live bidding
