WaitJI AI is a product of QivaLabs LLP, registered in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. We operate an AI advertising marketplace that allows developers to earn passive income during AI wait-states and helps brands advertise to developer audiences.

2. Information We Collect

When you join the waitlist:

• Email address
• Role (developer or advertiser)
• Date and time of signup

When you create an account:

• Name, email address, password (stored encrypted)
• For earners: UPI ID (for payouts only)
• For advertisers: Company name, billing information

Automatically collected:

• IP address (used for click-fraud detection only)
• Browser type and device information
• Ad impressions and click activity (for earnings calculation)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and calculate earnings
• To process UPI payouts to earners
• To detect and prevent click fraud
• To send product updates (unsubscribe anytime)
• To comply with applicable Indian laws

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (AWS Mumbai region). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption. API communications use HTTPS/TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Vercel — website hosting
• Resend — transactional emails
• Razorpay — payment processing

6. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — update inaccurate data
• Deletion — request erasure of your data
