By accessing or using WaitJI AI at waitjiai.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users — developers (earners), advertisers, and visitors.
WaitJI AI is an AI advertising marketplace operated by QivaLabs LLP (LLPIN: ACV-6746), incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. The platform enables developers to earn passive income by displaying sponsored messages during AI coding assistant wait-states, and enables brands to advertise to a developer audience.
3.1 Earning mechanism: Developers earn by allowing WaitJI AI to display sponsored messages during AI wait-states. You earn 50% of advertising revenue from your impressions.
3.2 Payouts: Minimum payout threshold is ₹100. Payouts are made to the UPI ID registered on your account within 2–5 business days.
3.3 Prohibited activities: Using bots, fake impressions, multiple accounts, or circumventing fraud detection will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
4.1 Two placements: Spotlight (₹800/1K, VS Code spinner) and Stream (₹300/1K, terminal status line) — each runs as an independent auction. Minimum budgets apply.
4.2 Campaign approval: All campaigns are subject to review before going live. We reserve the right to reject any campaign without explanation.
4.3 Billing: Advertisers are billed on a CPM basis. Fraud-detected clicks are not billed. Unused budget may be refunded upon request within 30 days.
The WaitJI AI name, logo, and platform are the intellectual property of QivaLabs LLP. WaitJI AI is not affiliated with Anthropic (Claude), Microsoft (VS Code), or any other third party mentioned on this platform.
Earnings are not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on ad demand, active advertisers, and your usage patterns. Any estimates shown are illustrative only.
WaitJI AI is provided "as is" without warranties. QivaLabs LLP is not liable for loss of earnings due to platform downtime, third-party changes (VS Code, Claude Code), or indirect damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
